In establishing a Limited Liability Company (PT), the company has several important things. One of them is the Articles of Association. The Articles of Association of the Limited Liability Company become one of the most important things and will be included in the Deed of Establishment of the PT when establishing the PT.Article 15 of the Company Law states that the articles of association are part of the deed of establishment which contains the rules in the Limited Liability Company and becomes the basis for determining the rights and obligations of the parties involved in it (PT, shareholders, management). If later there will be changes to the contents of the articles of association, then approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is required.
